How do you explain what Adsquare does to your friends and family who are not familiar with the advertising and tech industry?
Jafar:
I explain it in a simple way: “We aggregate data to allow ads to be delivered to a specific audience. The benefits are that audiences can see ads that are relevant to them and brands can achieve more effectiveness in their campaigns. All this is done by Adsquare following strict privacy regulations in place in its 40 markets.”
What has been your favorite project or learning experience at Adsquare so far?
Jafar:
In these past 6 years with Adsquare, it has been rewarding to build different architectures and infrastructures, such as DSP and DMP integrations, data onboarding and the self-service Audience Management Platform. I am still curious to see what solutions we will develop in the future, knowing that we are at the forefront of tech developments and data-driven marketing. Also, I enjoy that partner companies and clients appreciate what and how our software delivers to them. It is satisfying to see that together with my team, I have developed a product that is largely used.
What makes you start your day at Adsquare with a smile?

I really value the support that my team always provides me and the high level of responsibility and independence I have.
