Is the role remote, hybrid, or onsite?

It depends on the role and location. Each job description specifies the setup. Most of our team works hybrid. One aspect stays consistent, we support flexibility!

What's the working language?

English is our company-wide working language. Additional languages are valued for specific commercial roles.

Do you support with the visa application process?

For Berlin-based roles, yes — and we offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need previous AdTech experience?

Not always. For some roles (especially commercial and product) AdTech background is a strong plus. For engineering, data, and operations, we care more about strong fundamentals and the ability to learn fast.

Will salary be discussed transparently?

Yes. Every role lists its salary band on the JD, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive — see the Salary transparency tile in our Benefits.

What does the interview process look like?

Typically 3–4 stages over 4 weeks: an intro call with Talent Acquisition, a hiring manager interview, a technical or case-study round, and a final conversation with the team. Technical positions may require additional steps. Depending on role and seniority, there might be small variations in the process.
