What is the difference between ID-Precise and Geo-Contextual — and can I use both?

ID-Precise targets specific devices, built from demographics, interests, behaviors, place visits, home/work, app usage, and purchase signals. Geo-Contextual targets geographic context — postcodes, polygons, H3 cells — fully cookieless. Yes, both run in the same campaign: ID-Precise where addressable inventory exists, Geo-Contextual everywhere else (CTV, DOOH, browser-based programmatic without third-party cookies).

Which DSPs can I activate to?

Every major DSP — The Trade Desk, DV360, Adform, and all other connected partners. Activation is direct: segments land in the DSP seat within the standard data-delivery window. No data distributor in between.

How fresh is the data behind the segments?

Place visits and movement signals are recency‑windowed at the segment level. For Place Visits, common look‑back windows include 14, 30, 90, and up to 180 days, configurable per segment and use case. Our Place visit data refreshes continuously within the chosen look‑back window, so segments reflect recent visits rather than static audience snapshots.

How does Adsquare handle privacy and consent?

Adsquare's data is built on a privacy‑by‑design architecture. Signals are sourced from vetted partners with explicit, auditable consent and processed under GDPR, CCPA and other applicable privacy frameworks.

Can I see scale and cost before I activate?

Yes. The Summary panel shows the number of Active IDs and the segment price before activation — for both ID-Precise and Geo-Contextual segments. There's no need to request a quote for data before activating your campaigns in the DSP of choice.

How does Targeting connect to Planning and Validation?

Audiences defined in Planning flow directly into Targeting, where they’re activated via ID‑Precise Audiences or Geo‑Contextual Audiences across channels. As campaigns run, Optimization feeds store visit data back into the DSP for in‑flight bid and budget decisions. After the campaign, our Attribution Report delivers actionable location and audience insights which help planners and traders refine audience and geo‑targeting for the next campaign.
