At each moment, Adsquare commits to delivering real-world intelligence that makes the next decision better than it would have been without us. The Guarantee is about what Adsquare delivers — not about what the campaign achieves. Two things trigger it. Everything else is outside its scope.

Adsquare fails to deliver.

  • Adsquare fails to deliver a defined intelligence output at any of the three moments.
  • A technical failure on Adsquare's infrastructure causes a delivery failure on the Visit Data Feed or Attribution Report.
Does not trigger the waiver

The campaign underperforms.

  • Campaign lift, or the absence of statistically significant uplift in the Attribution Report.
  • Creative, media execution, or budget-allocation decisions made by the client or their agency.
  • Competitive market conditions during the campaign period.
  • Client store-location data provided inaccurately or incompletely.
What is waived

All Adsquare data fees for the campaign.

05Eligibility

Three things before we start.

The Guarantee applies when the full Outcomes Loop is activated. Three pre-campaign conditions must be met. The setup call is where we confirm all three together.

Pre-campaign requirements

Confirmed once at the start of engagement with the Adsquare CS team.

  1. Complete the setup call

    One hour with the Adsquare CS team before the campaign launches. We align on brief, markets, and the right configuration of all three moments. This is where the Guarantee is scoped, eligibility is confirmed, and the intelligence brief for each moment is agreed.

  2. Provide accurate store-location data

    Client store addresses — the physical locations against which visit signals and attribution are measured — must be provided accurately before the campaign activates. Adsquare is responsible for mapping and integration once received. Inaccurate or incomplete location data provided by the client affects measurement quality and falls outside the Guarantee.

  3. Activate all three moments

    The Guarantee covers the full Outcomes Loop — pre-campaign intelligence, in-flight Visit Data Feed, and post-campaign Attribution Report must all be activated as part of the same campaign. The Guarantee is the reward for running the full loop. Individual moments activated in isolation do not qualify.

01Why is the Guarantee about decision quality rather than campaign lift?
Campaign lift depends on creative, budget, media execution, competitive conditions, and timing — none of which Adsquare controls. Decision quality depends on whether Adsquare delivered accurate, real-world intelligence at each moment — which we control entirely. A campaign can use excellent data and still underperform because of factors on the media side. The Guarantee covers what we own.
02Does the Attribution Report need to show lift for the Guarantee to be met?
No. The Attribution Report is a post-campaign intelligence output — it delivers an independent analysis of what drove real-world outcomes across publisher, creative, audience, and format dimensions. Whether the overall campaign showed positive lift does not determine whether the Guarantee was met. The Guarantee is met if Adsquare delivered the report. If the report could not be delivered due to a failure on Adsquare's side, the waiver applies.
03Why does the Guarantee require all three moments to be activated?
The Outcomes Loop is a compounding system. Pre-campaign intelligence informs the targeting decision. In-flight signals improve it week by week. Post-campaign analysis closes the loop and sets up the next one. The Guarantee is a statement about the loop as a whole — the compounding decision improvement that only happens when all three moments are connected. Individual moments activated in isolation are products. The full loop activated together is the Guarantee.
04What if my store-location data has gaps or errors?
Adsquare is responsible for mapping and integrating store-location data once it is received. The accuracy of what is provided is the client's responsibility. Inaccurate or incomplete store-location data affects the quality of the Visit Data Feed signal and the Attribution Report — and falls outside the scope of the Guarantee. The setup call is the right moment to review location-data coverage and flag any gaps before the campaign activates.
05Can we run the Guarantee across multiple markets?
Yes, in markets where all three moments are live — our Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets across Europe, the Americas, and APAC. In Tier 3 markets the full product set is not available and the Guarantee does not apply. For multi-market campaigns, the setup call confirms eligibility market by market.
06How long is the credit note valid?
12 months from the date of issue, applied against any future Adsquare campaign. It covers Adsquare data fees only — it cannot be applied against media spend, DSP fees, or third-party costs.
